The US Department of Commerce issued an order to continue to collect duties in the supply of valves from seven countries, the beginning of the continuation of the collection of duties - from the date of this publication in the Federal Register, that is, from December 17 this year.
Recall that on June 1, 2018, the US Department of Commerce published information about the initiative of the third review of anti-dumping duties on valves from seven countries. December 7 of this year, ITC has published its findings that the abolition of duties may lead to continued dumping and damage to US industry. The amount of duties on deliveries of Ukrainian reinforced reinforcement (Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bars) to the American market since their introduction (2002) is 41.69%.
