Ukrzaliznytsia proposes this year to raise tariffs for the carriage of goods by rail by 14.2%. This was said in a statement.
The company considers the value of 14.2% to be fair - this is the officially announced growth rate of industrial producer prices for 2018. According to Andrei Ryazantsev, director of economics and finance, Ukrzaliznytsia made adjustments to the company's financial plan, where instead of the forecast 16.6% already noted the actual producer price index of 14.2%
As you know, earlier, the draft financial plan of Ukrzaliznytsia envisaged an increase in freight rates by 16.6% from February 2018, by 2.5% from April, 5% from July, 7.5% from October 2019 .
