In November prices on the global ferrous scrap market improved slightly10.11.2020
After the October price calm, when on the world market the average price for HMS 1&2 (80:20) scrap was at $290/mt CIF, the situation changed in early November. New average level of the last week (October 29 – November 6) – $295/mt CIF. The forecasted range of prices for scrap in November is $290-310/mt CIF Turkey.

Last week, the purchase prices of metal enterprises for ferrous scrap remained unchanged at the level of UAH 5700/mt. The forecast average price for the current week is UAH 5900/my.

Last week (October 22–29), ferrrous scrap prices moved horizontally in the range of $285-295/mt HMS 1&2 (80:20) CIF Turkey. Apparently, the quotes have reached the bottom and will gradually grow in the future.
